By accessing or using Lessons4Kids ("Service"), operated by Lessons4Kids LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lessons4Kids is a free online platform for creating and sharing biblical lessons for children. The Service allows educators and volunteers to build, organize, and distribute lesson materials.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Lessons4Kids offers optional paid subscription plans processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the selected amount on a recurring monthly basis. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's refund policy. Free access may be granted upon request at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Lessons4Kids LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of lessons and materials you create using the Service. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Lessons4Kids LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessons4Kids LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
